7 Day Microgreen Challenge
Ready to boost your nutrition in just one week? This 7-day challenge is a simple, beginner-friendly way to grow and eat microgreens at home—no fancy equipment needed.
What you’ll do each day
Day 1: Choose your seeds + set up your tray
Day 2: Soak (if needed) + sow evenly
Day 3: Mist + blackout (germination support)
Day 4: First peek—check moisture + airflow
Day 5: Move to light + water from the bottom
Day 6: Grow + troubleshoot (mold, leggy greens, dryness)
Day 7: Harvest + add to meals
What you’ll need
A shallow tray, a growing medium (soil or mat), seeds (radish, broccoli, sunflower, or pea are great starters), a spray bottle, and a sunny window or grow light.
Tip: Start with one easy variety (like radish) so you can learn the rhythm before mixing seeds.
